Single story, 1960's all brick home with 2 courtyards in the center. *The home has previously been painted and staged to be a whimsical TV show themed airbnb, so if you need to paint walls for your film will not be a problem. *The trim in the living room is painted with a dark color. Several other rooms have dark moody walls. *There is wood flooring in the living room and bedrooms. *Kitchen is no longer old; it is modern and white with massive amounts of countertop space. Almost like a different home in that section. *The pantry was converted into a secret laboratory with cement-colored walls. *There is an original to the home study with wood paneling, shelving and wood floors. *There is a drab, unfinished basement area with a bomb shelter with wood slats covering the cement block walls. Remove it if you want. Newspapers on the ceiling with the rebar is kinda cool. *The exterior of the home has a circular driveway perfect for large trucks to pull through easily. *There is a creek in the back with a wood bridge and lots of trees on the other side of the water. *A covered carport area in the back of the home as well as a 2-car garage. *The 2 courtyards provide privacy and open-air space. One is surrounded by sliding glass doors, the other has a hot tub in it but that can be removed. *The hallway between the courtyards is pretty cool with sliding glass doors along each side and an arched ceiling.
